In the historic center of Ostuni, an old Benedictine monastery is for sale. It was built in 1519, listed as national monument by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, since 1939. The same provides for the transformation of the monastic complex into a prestigious hotel, which in addition to the tourist accommodation service for about 60 guests of its 27 rooms and suites, is equipped with important rooms for congress activities, catering and banquet and finally to the wellness center also through the construction of a solarium and a swimming pool in coverage.
